Brief job description: Manage and work on personal injury and civil case dockets, assisting clients from the inception of their cases through the litigation process and all the way to settlement. Ensure that clients have an understanding of their case's process and provide updates on progress while monitoring necessary medical treatment for injured clients. Work with opposing counsel and claim representatives at all phases of a case to move claims toward resolution. Provide support to the Managing Attorney from the pre-litigation stage to Mediation, and assist with settlement closing procedures. Provide training and support to paralegals and support staff.
